Leo XIV to the FSSPX: "Do Not Do This": On Tuesday evening in Castel Gandolfo, Pope Leo XIV was asked about the the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX). He replied: "We have invited them, and I am still considering making another appeal, saying: 'Do not do this. Let us try to live in communion within the Church.' But it is their choice. One must realize what it means for them and for the Church. Certainly, division among Christians is always something painful. However, they refuse to accept certain fundamental elements of the Church, beginning with several points of the Second Vatican Council. If they make that choice, I am sorry, but we must move forward."
Il Pontefice annuncia pure che verrà esteso un altro appello ai lefebvriani: “La divisione nella Chiesa è sempre un dolore”
So….when apostate and heretical Cardinals, Bishops, Priests and Religious “refuse to accept certain fundamental elements of the Church” regarding sodomy, adultery, etc. they’re acceptable; but when the FSSPX simply want to remain faithful to the truth, they are to be excommunicated? Have you no sense of justice, Your Holiness?
Protestant Prayer and the Catholic Mass as “Different Pathways to God”: “Catholic” U.S. Vice President JD Vance appeared to relativize the Catholic Church and the Eucharist during a June 16 interview on Fox & Friends. Speaking about what he called the strength of “the American church,” Vance emphasized the diversity of [contradicting] Christian denominations: “You can't be an American Catholic or an American Pentecostal or an American Southern Baptist without running into someone who has a slightly different perspective on faith.” He added: “It's all about Jesus.” Vance sees "different ways" by which people find God: “Different ways, sometimes with 'snake handlers' [evangelicals in Kentucky], sometimes with speaking in tongues, sometimes with a beautiful Catholic mass, but I think all these pathways really matter and they're part of the reason why we do find our path to God.”
JD Vance: "One of the things I love about the American church is there are all of these different pathways to God ... sometimes with snake handlers, sometimes with speaking in tongues, sometimes with a beautiful Catholic mass. But I think all of these pathways really matter."
Catholic parishioners in Limerick have urged their diocese to consider stronger representation of women, including on parish councils and finance committees and in senior lay leadership, following widespread consultation.

Archbishop Franco Moscone of Manfredonia-Vieste-San Giovanni Rotondo has come under criticism after signing a petition calling on the Il Libro Possibile festival to reconsider hosting Israeli novelist Eshkol Nevo. According to AgenSir on June 15, Monsignor Moscone argued that intellectuals have a duty to speak clearly in the face of injustice. He added that Nevo had failed to provide sufficient "criticism and clarity" regarding the actions of the Israeli government. He insisted that "the issue is not that Nevo is Israeli." Festival organizers rejected the petition and confirmed that Nevo will participate as scheduled, noting that the writer has repeatedly spoken in favor of peace. The initiative triggered sharp reactions within the Italian Church. Archbishop Giuseppe Baturi, secretary-general of the Italian Bishops' Conference (CEI), said that "peace is not built by preventing those who think differently from speaking." Archbishop Carmelo Pennisi of Monreale described the campaign as …Ավելին
With Vatican II's document NOSTRA AETATE, non-Christian religions were basically proclaimed to be equal to Catholicism. A huge can of poisonous worms was thus released.
Leader:"A voice is heard in Ramah, weeping and great mourning— Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted, because they are no more." Matthew 2:18 Response: Lord, have mercy on the children who were never held. For the infants of Bethlehem, slain by Herod’s fear:We remember their cries, silenced by power.R: Rachel, mother of sorrow, intercede for them. For the unborn lost to abortion, known only to God:We mourn their absence and the silence that surrounds them.R: Rachel, mother of lament, weep with us. For mothers who grieve in secret, burdened by shame or regret:We ask for healing, mercy, and the embrace of divine compassion.
Today, Pope Leo XIV received a delegation from the United Jewish Appeal-Federation of New York (UJA-Federation) in the Apostolic Palace. Founded in 1917, the UJA-Federation is among the world's largest Jewish philanthropic organizations, supporting “the poor”, refugees, and other vulnerable populations in New York, Israel, and more than seventy countries worldwide. Welcoming the delegation, Leo XIV praised the organization as an instrument of global Jewish philanthropy. It demonstrates a profound commitment to human fraternity that resonates with the Church's own vision of integral human development. Leo XIV Rejects Discrimination Based on Religion Leo XIV recalled that sixty-six years ago, in 1960, Pope John XXIII welcomed a delegation from the same organization with the memorable words, "I am Joseph, your brother" (Genesis 45:4). Then, Leo XIV observed that this encounter helped inspire a new era in Catholic-Jewish relations and contributed to the development of the Second Vatican …Ավելին
The Ukrainian people were showing and telling Russia where the conscription offices were located. So Russia can destroy them. I posted about that awhile ago. And RT has mentioned it again in a post I just put up. Some people have died and have been seriously injured by those thugs. It won't come to an end till the last Ukrainian is dead. As long as they kill a lot of Russians. Their only goal! The reported Russian attacks on Ukrainian conscription centers came hours after a large protest in Kiev, said to have been sparked by forced mobilization. The rare mass demonstration was broken up by riot police, who used tear gas to disperse the crowd, according to local media.
5 fresh cases of the ongoing forced mobilization in Ukraine *In case #1, military recruiters started kicking a guy at the entrance of his own apartment... *In case #5, they attacked a guy in the underground... Join us | @MyLordBebo
On Saturday, more than 1,000 Catholics took part in a Eucharistic Rosary procession through Derry in Northern Ireland. The procession was part of the first Worldwide Marian Procession, held in conjunction with around 400 parishes and 50 Marian shrines worldwide. The public prayer, which brought the streets to a standstill, was supported by Bishop Donal McKeown of Derry.
In our time, authority is deeply discredited, both in society and in the Church, whether because of excess or deficiency. This was said by Father Francisco Rivera, 46, on June 14 in an interview with VidaNuevaDigital.com. He was elected on May 20 as the new abbot of the Cistercian Monastery of Santa María de Huerta in Soria, Spain. It is one of Spain’s great monasteries and one of the most important historic houses of the Cistercian Order. Father Rivera acknowledged that the number of vocations has declined drastically: “We can blame the world, its values or lack of them, young people, social media, and so on. But I believe consecrated life must also undertake a rigorous examination of conscience. Perhaps we have become a kind of tasteless salt. And we know what the Lord Jesus says in the Gospel about that.” For the new abbot, the best vocation campaign is “to live, in our case, a serious and coherent monastic life, in fidelity to our monastic commitments and to the Rule of Saint …Ավելին
Today, Archbishop Carlo Viganò published the personal letter that he had sent to Pope Leo XIV in January. It appears that - despite Viganò having denied that Francis was a legitimate pope - he recognizes Leo XIV. Monsignor Viganò addresses Leo XIV as "Holiness," asks him to exercise his authority, and seeks an audience with him. Archbishop Viganò recounts his long career in Vatican service, argues that he was punished for exposing corruption and doctrinal problems in the Church, explains how retirement led him to reject Vatican II and the post-conciliar direction of the Church, defends himself against the charge of schism, and urges Leo XIV to break with the errors of the Francis era and the synodal project. The letter contains a noticeably heavy use of first-person pronouns and is full of self-reference, emphasis on personal integrity, descriptions of persecution and mistreatment, frequent presentation of himself as a key witness to major events, and relatively little self-criticism …Ավելին
I would like to see the first letter he sent to Leo, the original letter he sent when he first requested a Private Audience. That’s what would tell the story.

An Illinois judge ruled last week that the Archdiocese of Chicago may continue its lawsuit against a group of people accused of making false sexual abuse claims. The lawsuit, filed in 2025, says that more than two dozen people took part in a plan to make false abuse accusations in order to receive money from settlement payments by the archdiocese. According to court documents, the group allegedly recruited people to make claims, coached them on what to say, and shared the money received from settlements. The archdiocese says its investigation was helped by recorded prison phone calls in which the alleged scheme was discussed. The recent ruling does not decide whether the allegations are true. It only rejects efforts to dismiss the case and allows the Archdiocese's lawsuit to continue. The abuse claims involve former priest Daniel McCormack, who pleaded guilty in 2007 to several counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and has many confirmed victims. Cardinal Blase Cupich said the Church …Ավելին
Dormition Cathedral at Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, part of a UNESCO-listed monastery complex, was damaged during a large Russian missile-and-drone attack on Kyiv on June 15. Ukraine blamed Russia for the damage. Moscow denied targeting the site, claiming that it was caused by a malfunctioning U.S.-supplied Patriot air-defense missile.
@Stepan Rudenko Tell me something. Where do you come off calling me a liar? All because you decided not to look at all our posts for at least the past 6 or 7 years? And ignored the fact that 2 or 3 people were begging us to come and save them and their Church. There are some who remember that if they have been on gtv for years. And there are many. If it was a like someone by now would have denied it. Posts with Church's bombed with the remnants of the bomb showing it was from the UK and US. In them you will hear the elderly talk about how he went to them and looked around at the devastation he made to their villages, towns and cities. Who he told them to their face. I hate you!
